Small Angle Neutron Scattering Study of Structural Modulation in Protein Solutions

چکیده
Small-angle neutron scattering (SANS) is a powerful technique for characterizing biological systems such as protein solutions. We have used SANS to study the structural modulation in protein solution leading to different phases of protein to crystallization, denaturation and gelation. Studies are carried out on the Bovine Serum Alubmin (BSA) and Lysozyme as model proteins.
